Any personal information you provide us with will only be used in relation to us providing you with support and information regarding the course or qualification you have purchased a licence for.

We will not pass Your Information to any other third parties at any time, except if your course is a qualification or an accredited programme. In these cases your name and email address will be passed to the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning for the purpose of producing your certificate and, in the case of a qualification, securing your membership with the Institute.

You will be sent information and/or newsletters regarding our other courses and products, and information we think will be of interest to you, unless you have informed us that you do not wish to receive such information by means of an opt out, in accordance with GDPR, when you completed your profile or in writing by email.

We may disclose Your Information if we are required to do so by any law or other regulatory or government authority.

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any material on this LMS. We will do the best we can to ensure the information is accurate and up to date however we will not be held liable for any out of date or inaccurate information held on the site.

11. Access to our Learning Management System (LMS)

We cannot guarantee that our LMS will always be available for you. We will not be held liable if for any reason you cannot gain access to the site.

As user, you need to ensure that you have the correct internet connection to be able to use, browse and enjoy our LMS. We will not be held liable for loss of internet connection.

12. Passwords

It is your responsibility to protect any passwords you have for our LMS. We will not be held liable for any breach in security if you as user do not take precautions to protect your own password.

You may not give your password to someone else so they can access the LMS.

If we suspect any breach, we reserve the right to close access to the LMS to you as user. You will not be refunded any monies you have already paid to us.

13. Limitation of our Liability

We will not be held liable for any loss, or interruption, of business by the inability to gain access to our LMS.

14. Viruses

We cannot guarantee that our LMS will be virus free. As a user, you will need to ensure your own system has adequate virus protection.
